    Booked my wife in for a full body relaxation massage as a gift (45 minutes for £50 = very fair price). This was postponed initially due to the therapist being ill (100% appreciate this can't be helped and they were accommodating with getting this re-booked). She ended up having a massage which was far from relaxing, wasn't full-body (purely shoulders) and only lasted 35 minutes. This was disappointing, but she said it was a thorough sports massage. Will try them one last time as it's a fair price and staff have been very nice, but it'll all depend on whether or not we get what is advertised/ paid for in future.

    I was misdiagnosed what was causing my back pain last week, which was really scary, I visited these guys yesterday and Tom was amazing.     The team at SYF are exceptional, I attend for massages due to a chronic pain condition and the excellent work the massage therapists do allow me to live my day to day life a lot easier. Tom, the main man, has learnt how my body works and what it needs to recover when it just isn't wanting to play ball. But not only are they great at the job they do, they are also caring and kind, having offering me many kind words when feeling low, I always looking forward to the next massage! I would totally recommend Shape Your Future to anyone, definitely the best massage therapists I've ever had!
