Hannah is very good at explaining what will happen at the start of your session. She makes you feel at ease. Hannah made sure I was comfortable and warm before the session started, she then started and pulled me into a deep state of relaxation and concentrated on my pain, she then did some sound healing which drew the pain from my body. I have never felt as relaxed and pain free in all of my adult life. I can't wait to go back to her. Thank you so much Hannah ❤️
