I had a terrible experience with this firm. I was left waiting for months, thinking I would get help, yet no paperwork or clear information was ever sent to me. While I was dealing with trauma and unable to see my child, I struggled to get my bank accounts in order for their requirements. When I finally did, they accused me of “suspicious activity” but refused to explain what that meant when I asked. Because I was on legal aid, I felt mocked and belittled by two paralegals. They treated me as if I didn’t matter, only to later tell me they had “no legal aid spaces left.” I wasn’t allowed to make a complaint or even see their policy, because I wasn’t technically a client. At no point was I told there was a time limit, which added to my stress. I am a good woman going through a broken heart and difficult circumstances. Another firm offered me real support in a single phone call with an actual solicitor — using the same paperwork this firm couldn’t handle. I have never felt so dismissed, ignored, and unsupported by a professional service. If you are vulnerable or rely on legal aid, be very cautious — this firm made me feel like I was nothing rather than someone in need of help. Didnt even turn up for court. Got the date wrong. Judge forced me to enter a plea without seeing the evidence or preparing in any way. Absolute melts. Dropped me right in it. Avoid like the plague is my advice. Too busy making money importing folk off dinghies by the look of it... They were obsessing over potential legal aid applications rather than just taking the case despite me telling them i would pay...
