   I want to thank Muntaha and her team for an outstanding service, recommended to me by mortgage advisor Pip, I want to thank him for the recommendation I wont ever use any other solicitors. I sold my property and bought a new property, with buyers backing out etc it was a long complicated process, but Muntaha and her team stuck by me the whole way, James & Samanzar always responded quickly to any query or question I had which I really appreciate as it's a nerve racking time, I completed on my new house in just over 2 months, Muntaha and her team were on top of everything always waiting on other solicitors to get things moving, I highly recommend them.

   I can't thank RM Legal Solicitors LLP and Muntaha enough for all the work they have put in over the last half a year for me, it has been a very stressful time with almost losing a good portion of money through a mistake with trying to buy a plot of land but it has somehow totally changed with getting all the money i paid back. They never stopped hassling the sellers to get what was needed done with constant delays putting deadlines back month after month, originally end of July was my initial deadline to receive the deads but now December is here and finally they decide to recinde the contract. It's been a long 6 months but i appreciate everything Muntaha and her team have done for me, id recommend this amazing Solicitors to anyone so thank you to all of the RM Legal team.

   Thanks a lot lo RM legal for sorting out my mortgage so quickly and effortlessly. I have used this company for my last 3 property transaction and Jojar Singh has always looked after all my interests personally. Always available on the other side and made sure I am updated at every step. I was using online solicitors and was always disappointed in their services but met Jojar in knight Polson and moved to RM legal when he moved here as a Partner. Thanks a lot Russell for sorting my litigation case within 2 weeks which was hanging for months. I would recommend RM legal in all legal fields.

   RM Legal are without a doubt the worst solicitors I've ever had the misfortune of having to use and if I could give them a zero star review I would. They did the conveyancing for the sale of our house but we never once felt like Jojar was on our side and acting in our best interests throughout the entire process. Our circumstances meant that we needed to be given at least three weeks' notice of the completion date but absolutely nothing was done by Jojar to accommodate this and we ended up with eight days' notice, which put us at much inconvenience. We were also given absolutely no advice at all when we had a legal dispute concerning one of the boundaries of our property. The level of service we were given was quite shocking and at times I was left wondering exactly what it was I was paying him to do. Overall I would say that about twenty percent of my emails and calls were returned and I had to continually chase him throughout the process. He was also rude to me towards the end of the sale and called me by my surname several times which is a good illustration of Jojar's level of professionalism. In the end I gave up on trying to get him to act in my best interests as he clearly didn't care. He didn't even call us when we completed to congratulate us and wish us all the best. If this solicitor is recommended to you by your estate agent to do your conveyancing then don't do what I did and ignore the one star reviews they have, thinking these people were just unlucky. You could be that person that it happens to and if it does it will make an already stressful enough process significantly more so. DO NOT use this solicitor.
