They are the most unprofessional solicitors I have ever had the misfortune to have used, I have used them for years and given them thousands of pounds in writing my Will etc the solicitor in question decided to take she didn't like something she thought and it was thought wrong at a very vulnerable time in my life that was unavoidable and started refusing to act for me without explanation! She then passed me on to a colleague and years later when her colleague left and I approached the firm again and sent an email I was completely ignored without explanation! I am staggered at the unprofessional conduct! and I would seriously consider taking them to the ombudsman!!
