Although it was recommended by the developer and initially gave the impression of a ‘no sale, no fee’ arrangement, this was not the case. I was charged a substantial fee despite no successful purchase being completed.
Absolutely appalling. It's taken these people 6 years so far to ascertain my Dad's estate with no end in sight. They are incompetent, unresponsive & completely lacking in transparency & would be the very last solicitor I would recommend to anyone that is already going through one of the most difficult times of their life.
I had Jas helping me with my requests and she was brilliant, super helpful, really patient, very responsive, I have zero complaints! It was all handled really smoothly and that helped what could have been a stressful situation become a really easy one! Because of the employees of this company my family will become homeless for a month or more. After I was deceived by another company, I started looking for a new one, and found this one, with a more or less high rating, but the rating is not an indicator of the quality of the work. My wife and I reached an agreement with the lawyers of this company about a deal to buy an apartment. We were told that we needed everything to be done as quickly as possible, since the lease agreement for the apartment was coming to an end. We were assured that everything would be in the best possible way. After 1.5 months, the simple deal to buy an apartment was still not completed. When I tried to call this company, I only heard phone beeps. After 2.5 weeks they deigned to answer me and were very surprised by my indignation, but they gave me a specific time frame when we could move into our new apartment. I barely managed to persuade my landlord to extend the lease for another month. After 3 weeks I couldn't get through to them again. They picked up the phone only 2 days ago and said with disdain that the deal would be delayed for at least a month. As a result, my family will become homeless for a month or more, and all because of the unprofessionalism of the lawyers of this company. If you want to buy an apartment, I categorically do not recommend this company. Disgusting communication with clients, deception in terms of transaction execution. They just want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, and do nothing about it. Absolutely deserved one point. If it were possible to give less, I would.

I cannot recommend using them highly enough! I have just bought my first place and let’s just say the sellers solicitors weren’t the best, Shaheen and the team were so professional and tenacious in the face of this though and they kept me up to date with everything that was happening. If you are going to use them all I can tell you is that you are in safe hands!
