I have been with The Practice for almost 9 years and I could not ask for better Doctors. I have a tremendous amount of support here The Practice Manager is always there for me to talk to. Scripts are always on time and as I have complex needs I can always get an appointment on the same day when necessary. I would highly recommend them. They dedicate the first 2 hours of the day to appointments only so ring before 10.30. It Is a very good system.

Bearing in mind I've ast managed for ten years I wouldn't be employing her!!!!

Receptionist very nasty and unapropiate speak with paciente. I think that if they don’t like help people then they should looking for another job. They ommited important information to pacient, they don’t care people.

Trouble with appointments all the time and the receptionist could do with a shake up I bet her and her family don’t use the same doctors. Looking down the reviews this receptionist has upset a few people with the way she handles things, also had a lot of appointments when iv had to wait 40 mins past my appointment time this place need more staff instead of spreading staff around 3 surgeries, and to top it off all the receptionist has to says don’t no what say or suggest apart from try getting a new doctors really professional that

Using Google maps to get here on foot, was an absolute mare. It sent me here, there & everywhere. The walk was estimated to take 14 minutes. I'm no novice when it comes to walking, but following google, it took me almost an hour. Never again, I'll go the longer, but easier way thank you. I didn't know what to expect when I got there, as it was my first visit to register, as I'm new to the area. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, open & spacious the place is. The staff are extremely helpful, and advised me well, they gave me a clipboard to lean on. They are really informative & friendly, Jeanette was the lady who dealt with my enquiry, she was great. And explained the process of registering step by step. Even gave me directions to get back, that were a 1000% easier than Google maps.

Absolutely awful experience. This is not my usual practice and was sent here with my daughter for an appointment as ours was fully booked. Appointment 9.30 arrived at 9.15 everything locked up and a huge queue of people outside in the rain. Transpires no one had a set of keys to get in the building. We waited 50 minutes for someone to come and open up and then an hour for them to play catch up. No apology or anything to those soaked through to the skin. I’d heard bad things about the surgery from people but seeing it first hand I can’t believe the carnage. So a big shout out to my Gp; Dr miles at Meir health centre for providing excellent service to their patients

rang at 12.28 only to be told to call back at 2.30pm because they were on their break. I called before you took the break; you can't just say you're going on break when someone contacts you minutes before. a 2 hour break as well???

Massive shout out to Jackie at the surgery. I rang this morning and wasn’t able to get an appointment, I was advised to take in a urine sample. Feeling frustrated and not listened too, I went to the surgery. I was then met by Jackie at reception, I cannot express how amazing she was! She listened, took me seriously and even spoke to the dr on my behalf. I felt like my concerns were acknowledged and dealt with. I managed to get a telephone appointment booked in for next week and was informed that I’d have my results in a few days. I left feeling a lot better, knowing someone cared enough to actually go out of their way to speak to a dr to make sure that everything was going to be sorted, I really appreciate that! So a massive thank you to Jackie for making me feel like a person not a number! You’re a credit to the surgery.

My family & I have had more bad experiences than good with this place. It takes forever for them to answer your call and even when they do, some of the reception staff can be so impolite and defensive for no reason. Getting to the doctors' doorstep for an appointment feels like you've reached 10 Downing Street sometimes. It's a shame for the very few handful of staff that do try to do a good job.
