   I’ve been seeing Mike at 1st Contact Physiotherapy for around 22–23 years, and once again he’s worked his magic. I went in with severe back pain and walked out feeling like a different person. His knowledge, professionalism, and ability to pinpoint the exact issue are second to none. Mike doesn’t just treat the symptoms — he understands the body, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about getting you back to full health. After all these years, I still wouldn’t trust anyone else with my physio needs. Highly recommended to anyone needing top-level physiotherapy. He’s the best in the business.

   After suffering over a year with tennis elbow I contacted Mike, I had 3 treatments Mike gave me some exercises to do, a month later my elbow was good as new. Just been back to Mike with a strained knee after one treatment and great advice no more pain in my knee January 2020. Would highly recommend Mike. Just been back to Mike with a trapped nerve, which didn't bother me when working but it did after work, burning pain in shoulder and arm, I could not relax, after two treatments pain as gone , thanks Mike. I have also seen Mike when I've picked up sports injuries from my running and he has been very methodical in his treatment and advice.
