   Over priced, ant infestation, mouldy, poor ventilation, electric charges for cars don’t work, freezing cold and don’t warm up in winter, wall heaters are pointless and expensive. I looked after this flat very well, cleaned it and got rid of ants both summers on my own after having anxiety attacks due to them not going after trying everything ! (Flat was pristine) landlord refused to help. Rooms freezing cold and wall heaters barely did a thing. Had to use dehumidifier bags around windows to prevent mould build up even though I opened windows every morning - even when freezing cold. I had to install my own blinds in the living room as they wanted to charge £100+ extra month to do it. When I moved out they offered me £250 back of my £1500 deposit. Fuming doesn’t even cut it. Don’t waste your money renting here.

   Converted from a warehouse to a residence, the interior materials are poor, the walls are easy to peel off, the curtains are easy to rot, the whole design is poor, the worst is the management company, which is an agent of a real estate company
