    Customer service immaculate small but convenient apart from one lady staff attitude which is bit impolite or she discriminates not asure but rest i will say thanks to tesco for this fantastic service but plz your bin outside either rusted or infected no idea but definitely it's that bin stinks the way chicken feed factory there's nothing around but definitely plz try to replace that bin will be bit thankfull as that's the only bin on that side walk or around which isn't good enough or lack of council service towards liter

    Closed before midnight and refused to let me in for a bag of sugar. Young girl at the door was rude, insisted her phone said it was already midnight, yet mine said it wasn’t. Customer service stinks, seems in line with most Tescos these days. Avoid, and support a shop where customers are appreciated.

    The guy working there refused to sell tobacco goods on the assumption that I buy for underage individuals. A bald guy that refused to give me his name. I am 28 and provided proof but was refused nonetheless. It is not the first time he is being difficult and extremely rude and unprofessional. I haven't had a single issue with anyone there but him. It begins to feel personal and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. I plan on writing a formal complaint against him due to misconduct. Very disappointing to see how low the hiring standards are.

    Usually great, except when windy. Power on, pumps on, doors locked at least 10 minutes prior to closing. "Had our power cut so we closed early", while all lights still on. Attempt to call if you're local so you save yourself a walk.

    It's the closest grocery shop to uni, so it can get crowded around lunch and during rush hour. Staff are always friendly, the shop stocks everything you'd expect a tiny Tesco to have.
