    Asked for a hospital appointment to be expedite to a different hospital with less of a waiting time. Royal stoke is 12 months where cannock is showing 11 weeks. I was told this could not be done. I then rang another local doctors surgery who said it can be done and as a patient I can choose and gave me a list of other hospitals and their waiting times. Since doctor Thomas has left this surgery the service has gone drastically down hill along with staff training. Reception staff stating if I didnt listen she would put the phone down and a doctor stating there is only Stafford and that comes under Stoke-on-Trent so there is nothing I can do!! What a joke totally incompetent from the doctor to receptionist.

    Could never get an appointment at my old doctors. Moved here and it is excellent. Always get an appointment and the staff are all lovely. Wish I had moved here sooner.

    After finally getting through after calling for an hour I explained on the phone that my 7 year old daughter was poorly and they offered me an appointment 8 days later. Got told if she’s that bad then take her to the walk in………to sit with a poorly child in a 4 hour waiting area. I’m convinced they just leave the phone off the hook. If you’re looking for a doctors then avoid this like the plague! Unhelpful, rude, lack of empathy, unprofessional, the list is endless
