   Recently attended with my friends daughter to see one of the new Dr's... I think his name was Dr.Davis?? ( please correct me if I'm wrong as I need that too be correct!). The Dr assigned to my friend showed her exceptional attention and care. He was thorough with his investigations, showing compassion and understanding, he went the extra mile and gave us 200% at all times. He never left her side even in the presence of the paramedics and even escorted us to the ambulance. Dr.Morris also showed how the team really comes together when their patients really need their help by supported her collegue and helping where the could. I really have to say how much I appreciate all of the staff at the practice!! THANK YOU ALL SOO MUCH!

   The doctors I've personally seen recently are wonderful this review isn't on them, its based on how this Doctors is run and whoever is running it. Recently the appointment system has been changed to making appointments online, which for someone of my age is fine and actually a good idea, however I then get a text to call, I have to wait 7 in the queue to then speak to a receptionist who is definitelày in the wrong job, near whispering, no apologies for the wait and low and behold I've been told to call to book the appointment that I was told to book online. Also sorted out the same issue with a blood pressure letter 3 times, I was told to go down to the surgery, to call urgently etc yet id already been in and spoken about it. I can only imagine the failings.

   My 11-year-old son has such a severe headache that he can’t even stand up. We called the GP, but they wouldn’t give us an appointment — they told us to fill out a triage form and wait for someone to call after they ‘review’ it. Absolutely wonderful way to treat a child, isn’t it?

   I am very grateful to have this GP practice. The receptionists, nurses and drs are caring and compassionate and they do everything they can to help. I am able to easily access them when needed and I’m really impressed with the new digital systems which are working really well.

   Having recently used the new online triage form I can honestly say how refreshing it is not to wait on the phone at 8am to be told there were no appointments. From completion of the form at 8am for a doctor then to make contact that morning Dr Keeping so reassuring and helpful and no need to visit the Surgery. It is a fantastic way to speak to someone with ease especially when you work full time. I have always found all staff and medical professionals to be lovely at the Practice …. Thank you Claire

   I have to say not at all impressed with this medical practice at all. Have to wait outside at 8am to get an appointment as they don't answer the phones so you go to the centre along with alot of others to get an appointment as they don't pre-book Went to see my doctor as in pain with my spondylosis and osteoarthritis told her that I was on tramadol but it wasn't working only to be told there wasn't anything else so may aswell not take anything.......... fantastic thanks Will be changing surgery

   Used to be so good. Now awful. Can not get through at all. Phone constantly engaged. Tried fir over an hr then gave up and drove in . When in the surgery no staff so no wonder no one picks up the phone! Awful

   States the surgery open at 8am however I don't think the phones are on until 8.44am, 74 calls later I got through to the reception staff who point blank refused me an appointment ( even phone appointment) and advised me to go the walk in centre. Came away from the walk in centre ( who were extremely helpful and understanding) with advice my Dr could of told me even on the phone! Or advice I could of googled myself. The Dr's are good however it's impossible to get an appointment. No wonder the hospitals and A&E are under so much strain
