   What a good experience!! Seen promptly by Steven Edge for a learning disability check for my daughter. Steve was so respectful, friendly, polite, thoughtful and kind. He spoke clearly and simply so that my daughter could understand, she remained calm and cooperative throughout for the whole half hour. Steve spoke to a doctor to prescribe antibiotics. Trivia phoned from the surgery within the hour to say the prescription was at the chemist. Absolute excellent service!!

   Today I had a great receptionist that was really helpful. The form for appointments does not work as human error has missed my request from 6 days ago and sent me to the pharmacy for symptoms of a chest infection

   I could have written a more detailed review if it was actually possible to book an appointment here. The way the system works is extremely inconvenient: when you call them at 8 a.m., it already feels like you’re too late. Same-day appointments are absolutely impossible to get, which is understandable, but the problem is worse — for the whole next week there is usually just one single slot available. If you cannot make it that week or the week after, you cannot book anything at all, because their schedule isn’t even open yet. This makes it nearly impossible to plan a visit in advance

   I cannot begin to describe how appreciative I am to this gp surgery. My son suffers with asthma and I noticed he seemed unwell. I was able to book an appointment very quickly and was there within a couple of hours. In the half hour run up to being seen my son took a huge turn for the worse. The doctor ordered a blue light ambulance and when they refused to send one (despite the doctor who was clearly quite frustrated saying that my son was deteriorating before his eyes). Taxis were for some reason all saying they had a half an hour wait. I could not believe it when the surgery’s receptionist drove us there, with a doctor in the back with my son and an oxygen tank. They truly went above and beyond to help my child, and I will never change his surgery if I have a choice. Absolutely fantastic service and doctors who are clearly caring and dedicated to helping those in need. 10/10. Highly Recommend.

   My mum is a patient at this surgery, she is 81 and housebound unfortunately. I have just been across to the surgery ( mum lives 264 feet away from it)to enquire yet again about her AUTUMN covid booster jab to be told that covid injection are no longer available and to ring 119. So I rang 119 to be told they no longer gave covid injections so my mum who has three carers a daygoing into her home has no protection. Disgusting am making a formal complaint.

   Shocking Telephone booking, 16 minutes and I was still "active position 3" in the queue! Why would all 3 line are busyall at the same time speaking to one patient each for 16 minutes? Doesn´t add up folks

   Same there isn't a no star rating. Worst gp service ever seen reception staff have no communication with Dr prescription get canceled with the Dr informing me and been told the Dr does not own a phone to call

   I made a request for a letter with specific information for passport office. It was written and posted for free, but it didn't have the requested information. Had to wait 4 weeks and pay £10 for a second letter which was just identical to the first despite clarifying the information that needed to be on it. Absolutely useless.
