   Placed an order. The payment went fine from my account to them. 2 days before delivery they cancel my order because... reasons. Call center is useless, no-one willing to help you. Rubbish company. Stay away.

   Great furniture store selling modern and contemporary style items and competitive prices. Look out for "special" monthly offers and periodic sales that reduce a large number of items by up to 50%. Located in a business park just off junction 7 of M27, easy to get too and lots of parking available. Staffs are friendly, helpful and professional and know the products. Good website provides ability to order all items online and a very efficient delivery service, which also supports a returns/collection service.

   This is probably one of the best furniture stores that I've ever been to and the staff are top notch. I cannot recommend this store enough. Not only were the staff attentive without being aggressive, but they made us feel right at home by engaging in small talk, leaving us alone at the right times, but always being nearby if we had a question. Then when we decided to purchase, they were efficient, but attentive. They have even called us up since and told us about items that we were interested in that had recently been reduced or the status of our order. Absolutely fantastic.
