   After being told in the neighbouring store that the style I wanted wasn’t available, I went into Bensons and was helped by Jack. His service was exceptional — he listened carefully, showed me every suitable option, and provided genuinely helpful advice. I found the exact bed and mattress I was looking for. Looking forward to the delivery and assembly. Outstanding experience overall.

   The service was great, the salesman, Jonathon, was super and he answered everthing with care. We only went in to look but as the salesman was so helpful we purchased a mattress and we are satisfied with our puchase. Well done to your salesman.

   Staff were polite and helpful 5 stars to them. I Understand the company will have overheads to cover, many companies have zones, the further the delivery address the more it costs. Bensons have charged a fee to deliver a bed base 1.3 miles from the shop £49, furthermore more ,would I like to pay £40 in addition to fix the 4 wheels to the base. Perhaps Bensons can explain these costs to all customers

   I was looking to replace my mattress and Azura showed me the various option for my price range. She was very helpful and patient and took the time to ensure I understood all the details. I left to do my own research and returned to purchase one of her recommendations. I found her to be understanding of my needs (I'm 76) friendly and professional. A very pleasant experience.

   Order was placed on an iPad next to the bed, would have preferred it to feel less rushed and able to sit down (my partner has a invisible disability and standing is painful). This all felt very impersonal and we definitely felt rushed. Would also prefer to be able to pick delivery slots online, had to order in store to have any choice.

   Lovely matterus. Delivery men took upstairs and even unwrapped for me .very polite men and gave me advise to let matterus breathe before making bed ..great service. Arrived on time and a phone notice before arriving

   Well, it was a good experience to see how dedicated the staff were to welcome new customers. We received a nice greeting from Grant and a fantastic customer service. However, the other 4 were having a tea break, chatting away, not paying attention to customers walking by, and even sat on the desk while talking to others with hot drinks on the desk. It felt like we were disturbing they 'comfy' chat. To be honest, it was not overly crowded, however, the few didn't seem to matter.
