   I was looking for a new mattress but unsure of what type would be best suited to me. After visiting a number of stores I looked in Dreams at Hedge End and, not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. Carl was the salesman that I first spoke to and he suggested that I had my sleep position analysed on their in-store Sleepmatch technology. The mattress that I had previously tried, and liked for comfort, was one of a number that Sleepmatch suggested, which was quite reassuring. I went ahead and purchased it at the ‘Black Friday’ discounted price, a real bonus saving! I have yet to sleep on it but I feel confident that it’s right for me but, if not, I have up to 100 days to opt for an alternative. Thoroughly recommend Dreams and a special mention to Carl. Thank you.

   I visited Dreams in Hedge End, after experiencing weeks of back pain from a fairly new mattress that I'd bought from another retailer ( another story), and I had no clue as to which mattress I should have, and to be honest, I was feeling down because of constant backache. The sales assistant, Julie, was completely amazing with her help and advise. She offered me a tea or coffee and showed me how to use the electronic bed which gauges your posture and pressure points, then advising on the appropriate mattress. Julie gave me so much time (and patience), and eventually we found a great mattress suited for me. The whole experience at Dreams was second to none, and I left feeling so much happier! Thank you Dreams, and thank you, Julie!

   From start to finish the whole experience was outstanding. Our sales associate couldn’t do enough to assist us to ensure that we made an informed decision on the most appropriate mattress and bed-frame for myself and my partner. I struggled to sleep for years and I’ve tried numerous different mattresses, but after using The stores diagnostic system I was able to find a mattress that suited both myself and my partner. I’m happy to say that I’m sleeping better than ever. A huge thank you again to our sales associate for making the whole process stress free easy and seamless Thank you.

   Had a really good experience today we went in looking for a new bed for our little boy, got approached by a salesman who wasn’t pushy at all and just asked what we were after and directed to the area and asked if we wanted a tea or coffee which was different, he recommended two types of beds which he felt would suit us. In the end we choose one of them and the process of purchasing was easy and professional by a guy called Tommy, he sold us a few add on’s which we needed pillows etc. What a great experience we received from start to finish excellent customer service.
