   Fantastic! A friend recommended Andrew at Ayres Health. I have bunions, hammer toes, and loss of bone on the right little toe joints due to a sinus infection after an operation. Andrew was wonderful, he conducted a full gait analysis and review. I had a mold of my feet taken and Andrew made insoles and adjusted as required. He also prepared a memory foam toe separator. I walked out with comfortable feet for the first in ages! Thank you so much.

   I cannot thank Andrew at Ayres Health enough for the assistance and confidence he has given me in resolving my balance and walking issues. He has been patient and understanding, giving me exercises that are achievable whilst testing my ability at the same time.    I’ve been to see Andrew a few times now over the last few years and have recommended him to family members. Such a friendly and most importantly well skilled professional. My needs have barely scratched the surface of his talents but I’ve always felt comfortable with his advice and work. The aftercare is personalised and flexible and he always has a smile on his face when you attend an appointment.    I've been suffering with a running related Achilles injury for over a year, self help and physio were not helping so I booked in with Andrew. The initial assessment included looking at the biomechanics of how I run and an assessment of strength. Andrew gave me a structured program to help with strengthening and advice on adjustment to my running gait. 4 months later my Achilles is feeling better than it has in a long time and I'm now maintaining with the exercises and advice Andrew provided. I'd highly recommend Ayres Health.

   I visited Andrew Ayres yesterday after 3 months of limping after an injury. The doctors or physio had no idea what was wrong. Andrew assessed me and assured me I would be walking normally again with exercises and hard work. I can already feel the difference today.
