Great location, really well equipped and clean. I would definitely recommend. I would give it 5 stars however the lift was not working and looked like it hadn’t worked for some time which is frustrating when you’re on the 3rd floor.

I'd give no stars if I could, shocking customer service. I made full payment and they told me I hadn't, the whole process of booking the place will make you not want to stay there at all. They don't tell you about the £150 deposit that goes on top until you have booked so you feel tied in and obliged to go ahead with the stay. Absolutely terrible won't be using any of there properties ever again

Excellent. I loved staying here. Very quiet and reminded me of home. Pleasant experience with Guest Services and reasonably priced. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.
Much more spacious and incredible value versus a hotel room! You get a fully furnished and equipped apartment all to yourself, which even has Sky TV, internet, tea/coffee included. Some great restaurants on the doorstep, perfectly located within easy reach of the town and Newbury Racecourse and freedom to eat in if you please. Would definitely recommend having stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with our family of four!
