   Martin Luther King. He had a Dream. And I’m sure it was dreamt on a mattress provided by Dreams. The superb service and excellent experience lifted my spirits and made the daunting task of spending a large sum, for a crucial piece of furniture, worth it. The staff working inside the store were friendly, eager to help and the jolliest people you could ever hope for, quipping and riffing along side us (the customers) and matching our energy. (This sounds like a PR or AI review but ong this is real) I went in with my partner, not having a clue what we wanted but the member of staff helped us to find a mattress that fit all of our criteria, and was within our budget. The staff actually made my partners day, just by being some of the most understanding and fun staff we’ve come across in a while. Overall: solid A+ for the efforts of the team on shift at the time. A+ for the ease of use and efficiency at show. B- for the fact that the 8 year warranty on a mattress is locked behind paying an extra £50 (you get a mattress protector worth about £30 as well as the 8yr warranty) but it’s still a bit sleazy. Regardless, it’s a great place to go, just to find the right one for you, even without the intent to purchase one from the store itself. Also definitely have a go on the futuristic mattress machine if you want to feel like you’re sleeping in a space ship with a very pleasant voiceover. And thanks for the free pen!!!!!!

   Had a wonderful experience with Madhurima in the Southampton branch today. My partner and I were expecting a long visit trying each of the mattresses and negotiating over which was best for us. We actually ended up using the sleepmatch device and from there tried 3 mattresses, decided (in instant agreement) on one we both liked, and then picked out a bed to match it, and the colour of our bedroom. The whole thing was completed in less time than it would have taken to drink the tea we were offered when we arrived.

   The lady I’d seen very knowledgeable and was able to tell me my old mattress was no longer made .. showed me around no pressure, typical the one I liked was quite expensive so said I’d look around as first shop, she took my number and promised to call if any discounts arose , thankfully 2 weeks later a sale applied to the bed so as promised I received a call stating further discounts now applied ! Needless to say I hadn’t found anything else I liked so went and purchased.. Very nice people and all great … happy purchase and service
