I contacted Hazel early one early morning last week after receiving a threatening WhatsApp from a past client late the night before. Hazel got back to my email swiftly and offered to take a look at the evidence to date. Hazel checked through my T&C’s, scope of work and contract I had with the client. She reassured me I had met my side of the contracted work and she was confident the client did not have a case against the service provided. Hazel guided me through a clear response to inform the client of this and outline the errors were due to purchasing and project management. Neither of which I was hired for.
