Well, the seats, as you can see are way out of order and the screen quality is pathetic as well £7.50 for this cinema and screen is complete waste.
The movie was good. Only thing is the seats are dirty. And there is an unpleasant smell in the cinema itself. The reception was nice and the person atvthe counter was friendly and efficient.
Excellent cinema if your kid has sensory needs as it's usually dead quiet (pun intended). Staff are always wonderful with my little boy. We love going here, it's always clean and well kept. My son has ASD and they're so good with turning down the volume of the film if we ask.
Once you walk in, you get a feeling this place has had better days, still clean and open but worn. The staff although helpful are very reticent to reach out to help. To the point on entry to the lobby you are greeted by someone who very much does not want to be there. The premium seats are less comfortable than the standards, you have more room but risk spinal injury!
I work in a care home local to odeon and have visited many times. The team there are always super friendly and happy to help. The residents like Odeon as the disabled access seats are at the back of the screen, which means we don't have to crane our neck up to watch the film. Being at the very front often made us feel a little dizzy too, which is why we're much happier with this lay out. We are able to park right outside of the front, which means we only need to cross the road to get inside. The toilets have always been clean. We look forward to our next visit!
Bit quiet these days. But really friendly team and the sound level in some screens is too loud. Watched avatar in 3D.. superb. We must'nt lose our cinemas
Easy to book online and get to seats, but premium seats are not worth the extra as they're hard and unforgiving on a 3 hour film. I think they need to clean the lense on the 'projector' as the mottling on the screen was a bit distracting. Otherwise a great date night watching Avatar 2
Very friendly and well-informed staff, easy access for those with limited mobility. We love film and love the big screen experience. We need film-lovers to return to the cinemas or they may be lost and it just isn't the same at home!
Great place to watch a movie and plenty of free parking available. I don't rate this 5 stars because I find the sound system could do with one or two extra subwoofers. It's not bad by any stretch, just not as engaging as I find the Vue cinemas at Festival Place to be in comparison. Whenever I wish to watch a movie, it ultimately wins for ease of access and the free parking.
