   Very disappointed with the after sales service from Cre8tive Rooms. They installed a garage conversion home cinema for me a few years back. I recently encountered an issue with one of the subwoofers and called asking if someone could visit to take a look. I was told that they would call back in 2 weeks with a date they could attend. 2 weeks came and went. I called again and again and each time it just went to an answer machine. Multiple messages left, no calls back. It’s been months now. I’ve given this company LOADS of free publicity on YouTube (videos with tens of thousands of views) plus 2 separate articles in Home Cinema Choice and this is how they treat me. I won’t use this company again and I don’t suggest anyone else does either. Luckily, I have contacts in the industry and have a much more professional company coming to sort out the issue.

   Cre8tive rooms did a phenomenal job at setting up home cinema end to end for us which included everything from decorating, painting to tech set up and testing. Nick was great at suggesting the right mix of audio and video solutions which work well. Aaron was awesome at project management and ensuring everything meets the desired quality standards. If you are looking for a personalised solution to a professional cinema set up then I would highly recommend Crea8tive rooms. Very pleased with the outcome.
