OOH Drs, from calling 111 to being seen was approx. 2 hours. Doctor was very calming and helpful, and the receptionist was very polite and chatty whilst I waited to be called.
OOH Drs, I was informed that the wait could be up to 6 hours, after 3 hours I contacted them to try and get an update. The response was very unsympathetic and the usual demand is high your in a list and we will get to you as soon as we can response was given. After 8 hours I gave up, very very poor service and a disgrace to the NHS
Even with appointment waited over 2 hours in waiting room 2 Dr's one Dr's was seen paitent 5 mins then taking 25 mins after paitent left to call next one in understand have type notes up but 25 mins between paitents is appalling really and when I went in rushing me out like trying within 5mins like the rest if you don't love your job been a dr then don't bother nhs could find better symplectic people to do it what have time for ppl
