Harley's been really nice to me and took her time to consult and managed the procedure with the same level of care.
Staff are all so polite and welcoming. Come to get a mole removed and was pain free and was talked through every step of the way, results are amazing!

I have been here for fillers and facials and Harley and the team are all absolutely fantastic! They listen to what you want but also advice what they might think is best. The treatments are second to none and my skin and lips have never looked better!! Can’t wait for my next appointment ❤️
They cancelled a couple of appointments but then when I have commitments I get charged £40 for a £25 service for literally 5 minutes laser. Shacking service and poor customer service. I don’t not agree to a booking charge of £40 even though it was taken out of my account. Also overheard the staff been disrespectful of a customer while I was in the shop.
After getting some dodgy Botox and lip filler a few years ago I was originally sceptical of ever letting somebody near me with a needle again, thankfully I’ve now found my new go to establishment. Harley completely put me at ease and I’m so glad I took the plunge to get my previously botched work fixed. The clinic is stunning! Pretty, stylish and spotlessly clean. I was talked through the entire process from start to finish and even had another team member to hold my hand whilst I had the lip filler which can always be a bit stingy. I immediately loved the results and now that everything has settled and healed perfectly I’m even happier with the results! Thank you Harley x
BTL Vanquish Fat Reduction. From the moment I arrive to the moment I leave I enjoy the friendliness and chat with any of the staff on reception. The treatment is performed by Amy who is professional, knowledgeable, informative and treats you as not only a customer, but a friend as well. This treatment for fat reduction by Vanquish really works. I have reduced my body fat this week and about 5lb in weight. That is because I listened to the advice from Amy. Harley and her team are very professional, I am having a tattoo removed and it’s going really well, due to covid my appointments were put on hold. Harley is highly qualified with various lasers and offers great advice along the process. I can certainly recommend her for all tattoo removals you won’t be disappointed. Her clinic is exceptionally clean and the prices are excellent value for the treatments.
Very impressed indeed. The clinic is spotless, modern and has so much state of the art equipment. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Had my first Dermalux treatment today which was very relaxing, booked for 12 sessions, looking forward to the results. Pricing cannot be beaten locally for this treatment. Looking forward to my next appointment.
