   From our initial enquiry with Kelly and Charlotte in the wonderful Home Cinema Interior Basingstoke showroom to completion of our media wall the overall customer service and work has been 10/10. Nothing was any trouble for Charlotte in the office throughout the planning process. The wealth of knowledge Charlotte and the installation team have is impressive and to see the media wall I have been wanting come to life after a lot of decision making was special. We love it!! Upon installation the engineers were always prompt, on time and were all polite, friendly, and very hard working. I would definitely without hesitation recommend HCI to create your media wall or any other home interior improvements you won't be disappointed.

   Josh , Charlotte and the team has been an absolute delight and pleasure to know and journeyed with in my media wall construction . Our family and myself are just in awe of the work they did for my media wall. We just cant stop looking at it. What reassured me is the knowledge they had and how welcoming Josh and Charlotte were to my dream and idea of the media wall. After having several doubts from many tradespersons I came across Josh's details on the internet. The first meeting was on a video link and his knowledge and professionalism was so reassuring that it motivated and thrilled us through the whole process to see the outcome .The whole process was exciting and straightforward with Charlotte giving the designs and Josh doing the work with in depth level of professional precision and stunning craftsmanship.    We loved this place. Josh and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They were patient & helpful with us through the design process as we iterated from a rough concept to a design we loved. We started at just a fire & TV surround but ended up getting a some new flooring and some decorating at very reasonable prices. The installation team came soon after we had signed the deal and were really professional and courteous at our home. The finished product is fantastic, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and Josh’s willingness to listen and tweak things as needed. We would score them 10 out of 10 and would definitely highly recommend them.

   We had been toying with the idea of adding a media wall to our living room since we moved house last year. I spoke to a few people but was never convinced until I spoke to Josh. From the first phone call I had with him I knew this was the right team to build our wall. He took the time and effort to ask the right questions and listen to what we wanted, answer all the questions I had and offer some insights straight away. He then came round to see the room and listen to what we wanted and give us a price. Before work commenced Josh and his team kept us updated with times and dates of how the work would begin, helped us find the right fit for our wall with lighting etc and made us feel like no question was unanswered. Every day Josh and his team turned up on time, we’re brilliant in accommodating the fact we have two young children who were inquisitive about what was happening and made sure that the work was done to top standard. Our wall was finished today and I can honestly say that we are more than delighted with the way it looks. The work that has been done has been not only top quality, but has brought our room to life in so many ways and more than we could have ever imagined. I can honestly say that the best thing we did was to contact Josh and go ahead with his team and we would most definitely recommend Home Cinema Design to anyone because you won’t be disappointed with the results! Thank you Josh and your team for your patience, your work and for a fantastic media wall that we are going to enjoy for a very long time!

   I was recommended Josh and his team for building a media wall with fireplace and after speaking with him I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and expertise in building media walls. We agreed a design and Josh gave great advice on what would look good. Josh was an absolute pleasure to have on-site, so much so that I hired him to also build a naturewall with hidden storage as well as build some storage cupboards in our kids playroom. Throughout all the jobs, Josh made sure it was completed to his own very high standards and nothing we asked was too much. I would highly recommend Josh both for workmanship but also just how easy he is to deal with. He transformed our home and we are grateful to have worked with him.

   Josh and his team mounted two tv's for us and very happy with both jobs. The upstairs wall turned out to be solid however they were quick to come up with a solution to run cables through a cupboard on the other side for a clean installation without having to chase the wall. Downstairs the main 65" TV was mounted and a channel was chased out to run cabling and the next day a friendly decorator arrived who plastered the groove & painted the whole wall including fixing any holes already there. Overall good experience and professional team
