   We came in without booking an appointment as we had used them previously walk in. The receptionist explained that we ideally should have booked an appointment and then spoke to the solicitors and asked us to wait. We stayed there and didn't try to rush anything. After around half an hour of waiting, a haughty solicitor showed up telling us we may need to wait an hour and the way to go is to make an appointment. When we said we'd leave he said we could wait another 20 minutes and see. He said it's common sense to have booked an appointment etc. Unnecessary, rude, and unprofessional behaviour. Needless to say, we walked out and got our work done at another solicitor within a few minutes.

   The staff seemed quite stuck up, receptionist didn't really make an effort and was sat with a face on. She wasn't welcoming and when I tried to engage conversation, she ignored me. The solicitor, Bisharat tried to rip me off by asking me for more money than he quoted and when I questioned him, he was abrupt. Don't recommend them unless you are desperate for a solicitor and make them your last resort

   When I called I was asking about an issue I had the lady on the phone just hung up on me when I called back I told her she hung up on me and she said she don't deal with these issues that's fine but don't hang up on me without an explanation it's rude.
