   Terrible service and the attitude by the young guy behind the till is a joke, he seems to think he knows it all, the whole place needs gutted of the staff and it's manager as he's invisible, this is the worst shop I've ever used and try not to use it as I don't want to waste any more of my time waiting here

   Never had any issues with the staff, actually they were all nice and helpful. Minus a star cos they are not selling the sewing magazine like the other small shops. Also another minus star, I'm just disappointed that there's no post office anymore.

   This shop is shockingly bad,twice this week I’ve been in and both times by the same person I was told my card was declined before I even entered my pin.the first time I said ok fair enough and walked out this time I questioned it and the woman said yeah but it’s declined when I said I haven’t entered my pin yet she wasn’t interested.your machines in the shop need sorted as does your staff as in my opinion there is only 1 person working there who actually deserves her job.

   Till staff wearing her mask under her nose. At one point her fingers were in her mouth then rubbing her nose and then her hands were all over my purchases. Don't feel the staff in here take covid measures seriously. They do not pull customers up about not wearing a mask. The pandemic isn't over. We all need to carry on being careful.

   Only giving 1 star as no stars isn’t an option.I can only assume anybody giving this shop more than 1 star either work there or have family and friends that do.Never before have I witnessed such terrible and rude behaviour from staff members in any shop and if you are under a certain age prepare to be spoken to like trash no matter what you do.Having called this shop about an issue I can only guess that the attitude runs down from the manager to the floor staff.This shop needs a good clean out of staff and replaced by people with manners.If you can,go to McColls instead.
