From start to finish we were confident that we would have a fabulous experience and we most certainly did. Crestwoods at Lymington put an oak stair case in at our house,.also oak landing. From start to finish they were amazing. We absolutely love our oak stairs and landing, everything we wanted and more. Real craftsmanship. We also ordered a new corner sofa. The quality is superb, the delivery was fast,reliable and professional. I cannot speak to highly of crestwoods, we will definitely be using this company again. It's a little more than you might pay elsewhere But you get what you pay for. It's so nice to have some real quality for a change.

Wow. What a shocking experience in my first enquiry with Paul at Crestwood. We have a large project which will need a significant amount of products that Crestwood could supply. Initially I was introduced to them via Somfy and during my first enquiry within less than 5 minutes of talking with Crestwood they directly said they would need a monetary commitment before giving me any further information about the products they supply. Needless to say I ended the call there. No wonder the retail shops are vanishing. Shocking service that will be reported back to their partner Somfy and their MD.
We cannot recommend Crestwood highly enough. Superb service from our first meeting with Paul to discuss electric blinds and wooden shutters. He spent ages with us going through all the options within our budget. Then when they were ready to be fitted Barney did an amazing job. A very friendly customer focussed company from our experience. What a superb Company. Following the hot Summer we toyed with the idea of a sun canopy. After some research we visited Crestwood of Lymington to view the range of Weinor canopies. Barney was on hand to give some excellent advice and as he was coming out to our area he offered to come round and take a look. He duly arrived and gave great advice at the same time measuring up for a quotation. The quote arrived and we placed an order. Paul phoned us to arrange a suitably dry installation day, and with confirmation the day before Barney and Luke arrived at the agreed time to fit the canopy. On completion they took all the cardboard and plastic away and left the site clean and tidy. There were no problems or issues during installation which is simply the result of meticulous planning with accurate measurements. Barney also explained how everything worked. From start to finish Crestwood have been excellent. Their fitters, Barney and Luke, are a credit to the Company, both very polite and professional. Sue has also emailed the Certificate an hour or so after installation. All in all, excellent service from this Company, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
