   Mattress purchased via John Lewis. 5cm too small, can see slats and things in storage underneath the ottoman base. Sent an “independent” person to review this, apparently it’s within tolerance. Told this independent person it should be 195cm long when spec clearly says 200cm. So they don’t know what they are talking about. So disappointed, absolutley charlatans, liars and rip off merchants, £1800 for a mattress that is too small.

   Ridiculously heavy mattress bought via John Lewis. Cheap as chips and useless delivery company. I can only recommend you buy a mattress from another company. Why they use 2MHD I don't know - they threw the mattress onto the pavement, they had no dollies so dragged it over the lawn, and the 2 guys were so weak they couldn't lift this 100kg+ mattress up the step. Which also means I wouldn't be able to turn the mattress as advised. Why make something that isn't fit for purpose. It's gone back, refunded, and I won't be using them ever again.

   This company is a con with terrible customer service! Avoid at all costs! They work in conjunction with Bedsruzzz which sell mattresses claiming to be natural. I bought an expensive 'natural' wool mattress which was unbearable to sleep on since it made me overheat terribly. My husband and son both agreed when trying it out for just 1 night (and they are known as cool sleepers). When querying Millbrook and Bedsruzz, they stated that the mattress contains poly denim and other materials which are not natural or breathable. The manufacturers lie about the materials used, and you are left with a £500 unusable, unreturnable mattress. The customer service is shocking and the product descriptions are false.
