   Delighted with the projects that Liberty Kitchen and Bathrooms have carried out for me. My bathroom had an urgent need to be changed to a shower room after we moved in and Paul, Steve, and his team helped me work out the design solution and were able to fit me in quite quickly. Great job where the problems of working in an old house were overcome with creativity and skill by Richard. Then we needed the kitchen to have changes and extra units installed. Again the design solutions were developed with Paul tactfully suggesting different ideas and bringing the team’s substantial knowledge to bear on our issues. Sorted the supply of the components and took control over delivery matters when the suppliers were getting confused. The installation went extremely well with Richard using his considerable skills in making the items fit, (it is an old house where nothing is square !), and ensuring that the finished job looks excellent. A professional team that don’t quibble over small matters but just get on with it. Reliable and come at the agreed dates. Richard was especially sensitive to my challenges as my wife had to go for complex surgery the day after the work started. Thank you so much. Liberty are my first choice for kitchen and bathroom works. John from Romsey.

   Steve and team were helpful from the beginning, listening to our needs and helping with our bathroom design.We previously had a kitchen fitted and as always with " Liberty" the service was helpful and efficient. They took time to discuss our options and were patient when we changed our mind! The fitters Jason and Rich and tiler Sam were brilliant skilled and efficient. As always they leave the place clean and tidy every day. I thank Paul, Steve and team for a brilliant service and recommend Liberty kitchens.

   We recently had our bathroom refitted by Liberty Kitchens and Bathrooms and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the very start, Steve helped us refine the design and provided information and advice as we chose the various components. His guidance ensured that every detail was considered before we started the project. The fitters (Richard and Jason) and the tiler (Sam) were not only highly skilled but also friendly and efficient, demonstrating great attention to detail throughout the project. They took the time to discuss any decisions along the way and offered helpful suggestions, such as lighting options, that we perhaps might not have thought of. They maintained a clean and tidy workspace every single day, ensuring minimal disruption to us. Overall, this was an excellent job from start to finish.    Over the moon with our 2nd project completed by Liberty. Thought the bathroom was incredible, then we stepped foot in our brand new kitchen!!! Even though a wall was knocked down, the disruption and mess was kept to a bare minimum. All the chaps working on the various aspects from design to install are so friendly and extremely good at what they do. The pride taken in their projects is the overall reason I would highly recommend their services.

   Buyer Beware! Has anybody else had any dealings with Liberty Kitchens & Bathrooms in Salisbury Road Totton? In my case, they insisted on full payment in advance then claimed they were unable to supply a white bathroom cabinet leaving me to find one and arrange to have it fitted. I’m reporting their “take the money and run” approach to the local Trading Standards so please feel free to contact me privately if you’ve had a similar experience with this “taking a liberty” bunch of cowboys.
