We had a very negative experience of Austin & Carnley solicitors while buying a house in which they were representing the seller. We found them to be incredibly poor at communicating and we felt very out of the loop and unclear of what was happening as a result. They were very bad at responding to our solicitor and required multiple follow ups and interventions from our solicitor and the estate agents. They seemed very unknowledgeable and unprofessional, making simple mistakes such as adding our names incorrectly on contracts and larger ones such as not understanding how to appropriately approach land division. They caused us an enormous amount of unessessary stress and we would suggest thinking very carefully before being represented by them.
