    Just been to visit this store at 1530hrs today, and have been served by a lady with glasses who was particularly rude to another customer by pointing out the rather confusing system for queuing for the till. She clearly needs to go on a customer service course. When my turn came to be served she never even acknowledged me or exchanged any courtesy. Pretty poor in a customer focused job.

    Horrible behaviour today when my wife tried to buy cigarette (whos coming up for 23) They GIRL IDS her so she gives her a new passport. And apparently it dosing look legit to her? ITS A LEGIT BLOODY PASSPORT! absolutely embarrassment.. who ever is the manager here my wife has been coming here for a long time and to be treated like this and still never got sold ciggartees.
