   I came to the Morrisons Portlethen to deposit a small parcel at the Post Office Counter. Without fail; the same member of staff, of whom I consistently have a poor in store experience, was working. I politely said that I wished to post a parcel to which she said that the system was switched off and that that she was unsure if it would come back on. I correctly pointed out that the Post Office website advises that the Post Office counter will be open until 10pm on an evening hence why did she feel the need to tell me that the machine was switched off at 9.15pm? Without fail, every time I come in store she has a face on. Before now she has slammed heavy bottles about to the point that I could not hear what another member of staff was saying at the till. She never smiles, indeed she acts as though she does not want to be there and that she is doing everyone a favour in serving them. I am always polite, smiling, friendly, always trying to make conversation and be thankful but this woman is simply hard work. This evening again, I popped in store today (1st Nov) at 4.30pm, she saw me standing at the Costa Machine which was obviously low on milk to the point that most drinks were not available and she didn't even acknowledge me nor did she refill the machine. I walked out. I am sick of coming in store to her miserable demeanour. I really dislike shopping in store at Morrisons Portlethen, there are plenty of people looking for work hence this woman remains employed in store!

   Must be the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff in retail. The post office queue is always joke . The woman at the post office is so unfriendly and u welcoming I dread going in. Manager doesn't seem interested in improving anything. If it wasn't for the post office id avoid at all costs

   The staff and post office are ridiculous in this shop. Stood waiting at the post office part for 5 mins while the 1 employee serves customers. No problem I assume they will get to me when they clear the queue. When she finally speaks to me she says; Teller - "the guy who deals with the post office is on his break." Me - "you are closed then?" Teller - "No we are open, he is just on his break." I am unsure she knows the definition of being open. All they need to do is put a sign up saying closed will be back open at X time. It's really is that simple. They always seem to be understaffed aswell. Just popped in again today to sort out the mail I couldn't do yesterday and they had 1 person on the post office part and a queue at the other part.

   Friday night chaos, sheer Rude! No directions for queuing. His manner as normal- unhelpful, distracted. Place a joke 120% price hike on items compared to any local other small shop. 4 people standing waiting for more one cashier to then be blasted by his bombastic snide attitude...no masks worn by staff
