    Terribly rude staff. Went in to collect 2 large parcels from DPD that had been dropped off here, immediately the shop worker was rude and unfriendly and was complaining that the parcels hadn't been collected for 3 days ( we had until the 23rd to collect and today is the 21st). I apologised for being unable to collect sooner- however the member of staff was still very rude and unnecessary over the top. Completely unacceptable behaviour and will be getting reported to DPD. I've never had any parcels delivered here before and we will be asking DPD not to ever again. I highly recommend that people avoid this shop full stop, totally unacceptable.

    Went in to top up my electric last week only to come home and see they didn’t top up my key but they took my money. went back to be told they can’t help. Absolute joke avoid this place

    DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They constantly and methodically under-change and overcharge elderly residents at neighbouring sheltered housing... despicable!

    I go in the shop to pick up last minute items. Went in today to pick up crisps, bread and rolls. For the third time I was overcharged. I typically pay by card and contactless. This leaves less chance to query how much you are paying for items. I asked why my small crop of shopping cost cost more than I expected. To be told that the shop lady had charged me for five packets of crisps when there was only four in front of her. That's every time Ive been in recently that I have been overcharged.
