   They never offer a receipt in the 6 months I have been going on a weekly basis. Always check the price of items being scanned, it is 1.79 for Iron Brew as advertised on the bottle but it comes through as 2.20 and the Stella Artois beer advertised at 10 pounds last week actually scans at 11.50 so I complained yet again and they had to take down the sigh for false advertising.

   lacey she knows i’m 18 by seeing the id on multiple occasions, she had given me great amount of sass on friday the 25th of august at 9:12pm exactly, giving me dirty looks every time i walk in called me ungrateful 4 times.

   I've been going to this shop for 3yrs. Most of the staff are very friendly and courteous to customers. There are 2 employees who are very very rude, and speak to all customers like dirt. The 2 employees in question are your managerand assistantmanager/supervisor. One example was when I went to shop to use post office. I was at the opposite end of the shop to where I could hear the 2 women in charge swearing and getting louder and louder b6 the second. It was shocking. Morriston need to put new management in the shop.

   An old gentleman was behind me when I took out £100 I got distracted and walked away for a second and he was using the machine so I I asked did he take my money he said no he was only person behind me so I went in to check cameras apart from they don’t cover the machine a pitty really seeing someone that age steal from a young family . He was only other person that was near the machine so had to be him really made me think about the type of people in.bridge of Don now disgusting to say the least..

   Absolutely ridiculous high prices. I know that we are currently in a period of high inflation, but to be as much as 80% more than a normal supermarket for certain items is just sheer greed. One star is more than you deserve

   In a queue for post office at braehead way, all social distancing. After around 10 mins a lady from behind shop counter comes and orders people out the shop, she had seen us all in but then decides we all need to queue outside in pouring rain. When a lady queried this she was ordered out the shop after having queued over 10 minutes. Had the lady kindly asked the last few to enter down to 7 people, that would have been acceptable but ordering customers around like sheep is not. I personally will not enter your store again . Ridiculous to push elderly customers out in the rain. Maybe some staff customer care courses are needed.
