   A great store. Always end up with stuff in my trolley that I never knew I wanted, and probably don't need. Absolute must buys are the cooked chicken and cooked ribs. This store could only be improved, in my opinion, by stocking albacore tuna like Costco do in the rest of the world. I don't like the yellowfin and skipjack varieties that are the UK staple.

   Bought a tv with '5 year guarantee'. Phoning the concierge service is normally a holding period of at least 30 minutes torture. After the tv was 'fixed' 4 times at a cost, to me, of 5 half days off work for repair men to visit and countless hours on the phone, it was deemed uneconomical to repair. Heres the icing on the cake. Costco remove a large 'made up depreciation' for the time that you have had the tv that didn't work. So you get half a refund. Is that even legal. Not a happy customer.

   In 15 years never had a duff experience. The best example is that once I bought a smart TV after a floor salesman assured me it would have Now TV, but when it didn't there wasn't even 1 second of quibble when I returned it. Completely friendly service at checkouts. Where do they find these people? I never get asked "How has your day been?"! (Thank you, thank you!) There are some food products I'm addicted to, and keep coming back for, won't name them here in case their price goes up. Costco's fresh fuit & veg & loads more are unbeatable. Love the 'tech' offerings. Reservations about the food miles and would like to see more local-sourced produce, but overall A+++++

   Always a pleasure shopping here we travel from Arbroath every month. Has everything you need and more. At the canteen I had a hot dog and an ice cream it was fantastic. Looking forward to our next trip.
