Love dr.kuba. he is so kind, attentive and empathetic he really has helped me in a number of different scenarios and is always so helpful. Went in for an appointment for my son but he could see i was in pain and ended up helping me aswell even though it wasnt my appointment, very understanding and the best doctor around by miles.
Very pleased with this doctors surgery since moving to the area. Got a same day appointment and the doctor I saw was incredibly helpful.
Just 3 stars for the Health Centre itself BUT definitely 5 stars for my amazing GP, Dr. Clare Percival. She really goes above and beyond to study your medical history and offer the best treatment and medication. A marvellous doctor who actions things quickly and efficiently.
There has been a catalogue of errors since joining this surgery including wrong prescriptions, not following through on referrals, incorrect forms given and lack of call back from staff promising to look into things. My physical and mental health has suffered greatly due to this surgery. The surgery staff do not care about the consequences of their actions on on their patients & the practice manager is unempathetic and rude
If I could give 10 stars, I honestly would. Receptionist are always lovely and welcoming.They often get a lot of abuse, but honestly handle it brilliantly! All of the Doctors are amazing. Especially Dr Percival, Dr Kuba and Dr El Genidy. The nurses are brilliant as well always friendly and kind without fail. Just being patient with them and they will do their absolute best to look after you and your family.
Dr Barrow is a great doctor, couldn't fault her or her work. Thank you for everything.
Actual community front desk reception manager & her rude staff…( building front staff…NOT ACTUAL ANY OF THE INDIVIDUAL HEALTH CENTRE FANTASTIC TEAMS!!) to get their ranking in order as talking down their nose to visitors and talking about patients when they can clearly be heard us extremely rude… The manageress downstairs with the glasses needs to get her reception staff in order and actually put in a proper days work herself … locally nicknamed the terrible twosome !! Tracy (community hun manager) and sue the receptionist ! All the other managers ( the actual mangers !! Are lovely hard working people ) … beautiful building shame about the first contact downstairs?!
Full credit to all the reception staff & GP’s at Nantwich Health Centre, they have been so accommodating with appointments for my son, never feel rushed or bothersome. Dr Guiriani in particular is amazing!
I am a patient and a customer when I’m told what to do but other doctors within the NHS I get told I have to phone the next day well sorry this is not good enough when I need to speak to a doctor I need to speak to a doctor, then not sometime, never in there, maybe in future
I am giving a 1 star as I cannot give zero to the Dr I saw this morning. Suffering bad lower back pains since Friday and this morning was so bad couldn't even get out of bed. I also had 2 episodes of feeling like I was going to faint. Made appointment to see Dr Noha El Genidy. What a waste of time that was. No empathy at all. Cold as a fish. She clearly had no time and all I was told was to take pain killers and it would supposedly get worse before it got better! That was it! So I left and went straight to the Assistant Practice Manager Cara to complain, who was just so lovely. Took me to a private room, discussed my concerns and told me to stay and be seen by a nurse, who then diagnosed me with high blood pressure!!!! She also kindly arranged for the in-house Physiotherapist Tony to see me this Thursday. So glad I complained. I felt being brushed aside. I pay my taxes and NI and do not expect this sort of experience. Thanking Cara very much for her time and kind assistance today. Needless to say, I will not be seeing that Dr again.
