The environment was excellent, the supervision was excellent, great music not too loud. The team was friendly. My kids and I had a great time.
As soon as me and my friends arrived to the Innoflate in Aberdeen the manager lady was very disrespectful but at least the rest of the staff were nice. It was my friends birthday party, yesterday on the 12/12/2025. So we arrived at around 18:15 and he paid for a 2 hour session. We went on and played some tag, we enjoyed ourselves until the same manager lady warned us of rough play? She said if we get another warning we will be sent off the trampolines but it wasn't even us who were playing roughly it was a different group of children which didn't even get warned. After the manager explained the story to our parents and also adding more lies to the it we got kicked out the building after only being there for about an hour. This manager needs to learn some respect and the fact that it wasn't even us. Waste of money and time.
Awful staff. Manager targeted us 14 year old boys who were going for my friends birthday and made 2 boys wait for 20 minutes for a parent to come and supervise us and then manager told the parent that us boys were following a 5 year old around and were being very rough to the children but as a group we shared our thoughts and none of us did anything wrong. This lead to my friends mum paying over 100 pounds for us to bounce around for an hour instead of 2.
Very disappointed. Over £16 for a child for one hour, so really expect tidiness, the place is so hot,air conditioners doesn't work,they put some fans what is hardly working. To hot just to sit on a table, so not mentioning kids jumping....
Great place for kids to have a great time. Fun for parents too. Lovely staff, great day out for the family. Loved the Nerf wars!
Good time, new settings (well wasn't here a year), birthday party good, kids happy, enough to bounce and make kids tired.
Very professional, helpful and friendly service provided by the staff and party host Sam. On the day of the party they were short staffed so Sam's work doubled. Still he managed to take care of every need we had and meet all our expectations. I would highly recommend Innoflate for children's bday party. Thank you for making sure it all went well and we had a great time!
Great place for kids of all ages to have a bit of fun. Perfect for birthday parties where the kids can play on the huge inflatable park then stop for food which was decent. Pizza and hot dogs and the pizza option was either pepperoni or margarita
AMAZING!! Fantastic for little ones. We took 3 kids - 5, 6 and 7 and there were 3 adults and we all had a ball. So much fun!
Great fun for the kids and adults. Prices are decent and it's surprisingly big inside. They serve food and drinks also.
