I want to express my warmest gratitude for shelter in difficult times for Ukrainians. You opened your hearts and souls to us. You accepted us with love and hospitality. And I say thank you! May good luck always accompany you! With gratitude for everything you have done! Yours Kostiantyn Mariiev from Ukraine

The main criteria for our stay was parking, as we had tools & furniture in the car. The parking advertised turned out to be a rough shopping precinct, with a nightclub entrance & warnings about leaving valuables in your car. There was even a chalk written warning on the wall from a local resident. Inside the room, the bed frame & chair had dubious stains on it & although the window was closed, the traffic was noisy & we could hear every word from the TV next door. We did something we have never done before & just walked out, deciding losing the money for the hotel stay was better than losing the contents of the car & staying in such an awful hotel. In fairness, there was a nice welcome pack in the room.

This is the best hotel in Aberdeen, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! The rooms are spacious, bright, and immaculately clean, with all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The restaurant is wonderful, with beautiful panoramic windows. Cleanliness is highly valued at this hotel! It's a relatively quiet location, and there's a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to the city center. There's also a supermarket nearby. However, the most valuable aspect of this hotel is its staff. They're incredibly kind and friendly, and they'll always be happy to help!

Very large rooms but the front desk can be unmanned sometimes. Breakfast is very simple no hot food. Rooms are quite large and have a king size+ bed very comfy, bathrooms are large as well. Rooms have a tv. No air conditioning. There are complementary snacks, tea and cofee in the room. No shop for snacks or coffee within the hotel but there is a vending machine. Dominos pizza downstairs a minute away from the hotel.

The hotel is not luxury. It is clean, comfortable and the price was right for our needs and budget. Some good food choices nearby and relatively quiet. The parking arrangements are a bit sketchy, be ready to bring everything to your room.

Is this place amazing. No. Is it clean with a comfy bed and a decent room. Most definitely yes. Nice welcome hamper of snacks and tea and coffee and a fridge in the room with a couple of free bottles of water. Unfortunately our sleep wasn’t great owing to the rudeness of the large party of guests from the event walking up and down at all hours talking and shouting though they eventually shut up and were all asleep by 4. But I’ve stayed in much worse places for this in all fairness. This was a total bargain for what we’ve paid and I’d stay again if I need too.

The place was very good, we had breakfast was continental and selection was limited but has the basics, rooms were nice amd comfy bed, the staff we brilliant and there bar was banging great music and great atmosphere, a great way to finish of the night after a show. Already booked my next shoe at the theater and will be staying here again. Rooms 100,101 & 102 is just off reception (main door) but in a little side bit so close to fall into your room but not able to here the noise of the main door, will always ask for those rooms when I stay. Note parking is at the little shops area next to the hotel (public parking) they don't have there own private parking

I initially booked a double room for two people for two nights on booking.com for a very good price. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and cheerful receptionist who upgraded our room to a suite with kitchenette. Absolutely spotlessly clean room and bathroom. The suite was very spacious and well presented. We were so pleased with our stay we extended to five nights. We only paid double room prices but were left in our suite until checkout. Absolutely great hotel and staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, cozy, and clean room. Great facilities compared to the price (very good price!). We stayed 2 nights for a staycation. The kitchen facilities was really helpful for us, also love the complimentary snacks. The staff was also helpful. We have an infant and they can provide travel cot too. Disliked · We expected more for the Breakfast package (compared with the price). The bedside light seems too bright for sleeping.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Last time my room had obviously not been cleaned, this stay the room was almost spotless, so I suppose it all depends on who is doing the cleaning and whether it is supervised. Breakfast is fine, staff very attentive. Room facilities are good, the shower is great. TV service is poor - half the channels are missing. I was too tired after being at the hospital all day to be bothered to complain, but it would be nice to at least have the four main channels to watch. Otherwise, good value for money.
