   Having experienced eye issues previously phoned the branch in Leek, they were extremely responsive & offered an appointment within 30 minutes of calling with my preferred consultant (Clare). When I arrived, staff came straight up to me & greeted me by my name & advised Clare was waiting. The branch & staff are so customer focused & go above and beyond to help.    I had an amazing experience with my contact lens specialist. I came in after visiting another optician where the prescription felt uncomfortable and my vision wasn’t clear. She fixed the issue straight away and resolved everything on the spot. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and took real care in finding the right lenses for my eyes. I’m so happy with the result and really appreciate the detail and expertise she put into helping me. Highly recommend!

   Claire, is fantastic and so welcoming and all the staff there are so friendly. The last lady (sorry, I don’t remember your name, just that you were absolutely lovely!) helped me choose my last pair of glasses and went over and beyond to help me choose a pair (I can be pretty indecisive!), I still love my glasses now, thank you! Just felt suddenly compelled to write you a review, as even though I’ve now moved, the great service made life happier!
