I personally found this company unprofessional and worse or all unbiased they don't sick to there oath. And make up rules as they go along do not trust this people there getting paid from the very people your taking to court there untruthfull at best if they turn up after your accident send them away
Awful company. Very poor case management at detriment of clients.
Case management was fine whilst I was in hospital for the 3-4 years. As soon as I was in the community with a “support team” is when it got very very toxic. The case manager of this firm ruined everything for me trying to pull me down. They even tried to get me sent back to a hospital for rehabilitation but that time to a maximum security hospital. I proved my independency and him and the “therapist” he hired was proved to be causing neglect after an investigation from my legal team. This firm is a red flag. Since I left them and found a new case manager life is much better. I know two fellow head injury clients who had this firm and had same problem. Avoid this firm.
Bush and Co provided a great service for our house sale. Jon in particular was very helpful - promptly responding and helping to navigate and respond to issues. We really felt he was on the journey with us, which is so helpful during what can be stressful times.
Total cost of your time and money as they will not provide a quality service. When they recied and left me with out case management. Disgraceful woman abigal gutler.

A big thankyou to my case manager for her time, care and compassion, she was very professional and kind in her approach and I cannot recommend her enough, she has enabled me to get further in my recovery than I could possibly have imagined and I will always be grateful for the help from Bush & Co.
Wouldn't use this firm as they has seperate interests between insurance firms . Abigal dicided to resign her roll with me as she was not compitant to do basic tasks.
I have been dismayed at the service of rehabilitation . Sustaining a acquired brain injury 2017 . There has been no consitency of care even after two care managers. Upset n exhausted from having to chase appts. Couldnt recommend
