Really good overall experience(6 of us), all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Steak pie was excellent. 3 courses for £23 (starter, main and sweet) meant excellent value for money. Definitely go back when visiting relatives again. It's a long way to travel from norwich!!!! Recommend the sticky toffee pudding!!!

Was going to a birthday party here, so ate here to save any hassle. Nice restaurant upstairs, beautifull decorated, wouldn't be out of place in a city. The staff were friendly and chatty. Decent menu. Chicken starter was amazing, chicken was so moist. Haggis bon bons, would be banging if it had a sauce. The terrine was a disappointment. Fish and chips, was ok. The skewer thing was also ok. Steak pie was a disappointment as the smallest piece of pastry I have ever seen. The tablet with the bill was really good as was the shot. Bar downstairs has a bar and a food area, with a pool room and it was really busy later on. The room for the birthday party was good, not too big. Overall, worth a visit.

Visiting family in Inverurie. Booked for a meal at 18.15 for a party of six. Warm welcome received on arriving. It was very busy however, service was very efficient and polite. The food was outstanding. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff for a great evening. Well done. We can't recommend highly enough and look forward to returning when we are here again. 5* in all areas of service.

Very vice restaurant with excellent food and service. There are two dining areas, a smaller one and the one we were in, an open room that could be a multipurpose venue. Overhead miniature string lights make the area feel less open. Wide selection of food choices from risotto to curry, steak and meat pies to fish. Good selection of drinks, appetizers and deserts. My favorite dessert (Eaton Mess). was the fruit and meringue dessert. We were there for a pre wedding dinner and they prepared a beautiful celebratory desserts for the couple.

I called in with mum on the spur of the moment for Sunday lunch. On first entering into the bar, I wasn't sure what to expect, it's quite dark inside. We were taken to the dining room, and what a surprise! Twinkly lights, beautiful room throughout. We were lucky to have the carvery, it was delicious, we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff were friendly and efficient and we will definitely visit again. Thanks

Nice bar and lounge. Booked a table for a meal so was through in the large function suite at the back. Tables all very well spaced out. Lots of staff, polite and friendly and reasonably quick service. Good selection of meals and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this place.
