    Awful! Logged a complaint 9 months later still being ignored. They don't have a complaints process. Airport transfer didn't turn up, hotel had ongoing building works and didn't have enough rooms and had a hotel being built right next to kids swimming pool. The customer service is non existent as soon as they have your money

    They should have a minus button as I booked a holiday with them last year and a week before I was due to go on holiday, I received an email saying that they went into administration. Trying to get my money back from the creditors. But how come they went into administration then all of a sudden they are trading again. My advise to anyone is to say away from this company.
