   I missed my dentist appointment because the taxi I pre-booked two days ago didn’t arrive. I wasn’t contacted on the scheduled day to confirm the booking or to say that they weren’t coming. Nobody answered the phone when I called them to ask whether they were on the way. I did have some unknown numbers call me the day before; perhaps it was Fastline calling about my booking. If it was their call I missed, it isn’t right to cancel a pre-booked taxi just because I wasn’t available to answer a phone call the day before. I’m still leaving a three-star review because I’ve used them three times in the past, and they were on time or early. I don’t like that they don’t send a booking confirmation or communicate on the day to let you know that they’re coming, it leaves you wondering whether they have the correct information and if they will arrive. This time they didn’t.

   I booked with Bedford Fastline Taxis to bring me and 3 friends home late from a concert. The booking process was simple, communication was great as I was told which car was waiting and its location and the driver was lovely, very friendly and obliging.    This taxi firm is fantastic! I always require a cab taxi to accommodate my pushchair, and they are always so helpful and accommodating. The drivers are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to assist. I’ve never had a bad experience and wouldn’t use any other taxi company. Highly recommend!

   Second time we have used the wheelchair taxi service of Bedford Fastline. It's fantastic; can't recommend this company enough. Great service, clean and equipped vehicle and courteous and on-time driver. On top of that, had one of the better conversations I've ever had in a taxi - putting the world to rights and all that! Well played Bedford Fastline. You've restored my faith in a local taxi company after having experienced some horrific journeys with other Bedford taxi companies!

   We came in from out of town, and told them so. The operator was really helpful: The taxi driver charged us £25, to go 2.2 miles (we did have a 5 seater) but I am told this was a total rip off. Be careful if you are not local! Ask prices first

   As a wheelchair user I cannot praise enough the service that I have received. I recently travled from Lower Stondon to Southampton to enjoy a cruise.what a relief to have a taxi to transport mem and my fellow traveller both ways with no stress. I would most definitely the team a try. Thank you for taking the hassle out off my holiday.

   Our driver, Khabir was excellent. For a couple of American tourists to have, “Cold Beer” drive us all around the countryside visiting areas our father and mother lived in during WWII, was wonderful. His knowledge of the area, eager willingness to accommodate our touring plans, and general easy going and friendly manner, made our time in Bedford so enjoyable!

   Fastline have been an absolute life line. They provide a prompt and timely service in vehicles which are always spotless and comfortable. The taxis feel very covid safe. They have also always gone above and beyond helping me to transport heavy items and taking amazing care my elderly vulnerable father ensuring he gets to important appointments. They have even kept me in the loop by texting me and keeping me updated. This is more than a taxi service - they actually show care for their customers. Thank you!
