trying to book a taxi for a five mile ride and wanted 22 pound absolutely rip iff use ifnyo want to get your money robbed the person over the phone was absolutely useless and think a 10 year old would do better

I booked a taxi in advance from a central location to go to the train station. I was still waiting 40 minutes later on the side of the road, missed my train and every time I called I was told the taxi would be 3 minutes, 5 minutes etc. The driver supposedly arrived but was unable to locate my address despite it being a public building with the address being the first thing you see on Google Maps, and a different taxi company dropped me off without any problems. The people on the phone were incredibly unhelpful and I ended up cancelling my taxi and booking an Uber, something I hadn't done initially to support the local company.
We needed to get to the airport in a hurry and they were able to accommodate us with their quick response time and courteous drivers. They even helped us out with our luggage! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone we know!
Great service. The driver even came 15 min earlier and waited for us. When we got to the airport he gave us all the information for check in and boarding gates. Price was fixed. Recommended.

I ordered a cab in advance. I received a confirmation email. To pick up me and child from gymnastics….at night in the middle of nowhere. The cab did not arrive. Rang constantly for 20mins, eventually a lady answered and put me straight on hold. This happened three times. My daughter and I were approached by strangers while standing in the freezing cold and rain. Worst experience ever. Not to be trusted. They will mess you about. The service is not what they used to be. Don’t bother yourself.
