   AVOID! Pre booked a taxi with this company over a week before an event. Spoke to them on the phone to confirm. Collection no problem at all and agreed to pay the driver in full for a return journey. An hour before the gig finished we received a text to say our taxi had been cancelled. Couldn’t believe it. Imagine trying to book a cab with 40k kicking out the MK bowl. When we spoke to them they were rude, telling us we were ridiculous for thinking they would do it for that price ! ( happy to take the cash of us for it though ) they wouldn’t send anyone unless we agreed to pay an additional £30. We had no choice but to agree. Then we were left for 1hr 30 at the side of the road until we were picked up. Literally we have never received such shocking service.

   they can cancel your, pre paid ride, at ~ midnight, you won't receive any refund. Calls, emails, sms - forget about it, not reachable. Though a guy can call you back, if you are enough lucky, and tell you a story about the new owner & that everything will be fine etc. I haven't received my two refunds(£195) for 4.5 months, and probably won't. Though, I had one successful ride with them, pure coincidence. Read reviews first!

   Never showed up for pre-booked taxi, leaving us stuck needing to arrange alternative transport. Tried to ring the main phone number to find out where the taxi was with no answer even after several calls. Absolutely would not use again, disgraceful service. Would put zero stars if possible.

   Standing in the rain waiting for the taxi. They are late, then I ring them, they don’t answer. Ring 10 times they call back. They say they aren’t doing lifts today. worst possible service. Useless. Try to find another company but not A1 taxis, they are also awful. Turn up on time to avoid being labelled as useless. Tip for ya.

   As said by others, pre booked and paid, no show, no answer on phones. Edit - Owner, has since contacted us and refunded the money. Perhaps as they are a smaller business they face dispatch troubles. Nevertheless, still left me an my partner at the train station at 05:30am with no answer on phones despite booking confirmation. Although, not a fake company, tread with caution.

   Booked and paid online a week before my trip. Booked a round trip to MK. Driver turned up fine, but as we drove off, requested a need to pay him in cash. Suspicious as I had already paid when I booked. No sign of the home leg. No call, no car. Waiting in the rain and had to book someone else. I won’t be using again and will not be recommending.
