   Our experience with this taxi company was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. We booked two taxis to take us to our venue and two taxis to bring us back, all pre-arranged in advance. The outbound trip went smoothly, but everything fell apart afterward. For the return journey, neither of the two taxis showed up, despite the booking being confirmed. To make matters worse, when we tried calling the office for help, the phone just rang endlessly—no answer, no updates, no support of any kind. We were left completely stranded and had to urgently arrange alternative transport ourselves. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. If a company can’t honor pre-booked journeys or even pick up the phone when things go wrong, it shows a serious lack of professionalism. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against depending on this company for any important or time-sensitive travel.

   Used for a return airport run from Kettering to Birmingham and I was very happy with the service. Very early pick up so I was pleased to see the driver arrive exactly on time. I got a text as soon as we landed with an ETA then a call. Excellent service and will use again next year.
