Booked a week in advance , taxi didn’t show up, called again was told no booking made but will send one out £35.00 charge !!! Return journey used 24/7 cars £23:00 for the same journey at peak time !! Bit of a rip off and I won’t be using them again !!!! Unreliable, expensive !!!
Live in the village advistised by the service, Used many times with acceptable servive, however lately that has become questionable? as an in indection called at 9.58 on the 4th of October from London asking to be collected at 23H40 from flitwick station they told me no problem told to call when we are 10 minutes away, well did exactly that, only to be told no we can not help, maybe 30 to 40 minute's, well then don't set an expectation, play with a straight bat and tell your client there might be a problem, give them a chance to make alternative plans timeously, especially when your client had booked not one but two trips earlier in the day to the same destination (flitwick station) and said we would need a late trip back. Exceptionally disappointed!!!

Taxi driver got destination wrong so overcharged by putting on meter £25 journey up to £37 - passenger 16 yr old boy!!! When I said behaviour disgusting was told not to phone them again!!! Ripping children off due to not hearing the destination properly Is not acceptable! Driver gave my son £10 cash back after he paid it by card by instructions of his boss! My son doesn’t argue and did as the driver said - I should not have to dispute with a company for fair treatment! This is why taxi drivers have a bad name!
Punctual, friendly, clean cab. Only downside.... Darn pricey for the distance.
Please be careful! This man charged me £46 from Ampthill to Langford when the quote I got was £28 from the company. When I complained to him he went on about himself struggling & being poor, basically guilt tripping me! Then demanding that I pay him cash ! He's stealing from the company & from his clients.

Such a friendly service, I have used them multiple times now for my airport journeys. Controller is so friendly and helpful - drivers arrive promptly and on time. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area.
I don’t really leave reviews often but I genuinely felt the need to leave a review for this taxi base. Ive used plenty of taxi bases due to the nature of my work however these guys are the most genuine honest reliable guys around.
