   Booked a taxi which I’ve been waiting 15 mins for. They have just called me to say they’re too busy and can’t come to collect me for another 30 minutes at least. I will now miss the next two trains. Really disappointed.

   After visiting my grandparents for a 50th wedding anniversary, I was 4 minutes late for a pick up with the driver. He was incredibly rude and threatened to cancel the ride. Shameful behaviour, he should not be in a people facing industry. Terrible service. One star.

   Overly tired driver and snapped at me for saying he should stop working as he looked exhausted and his reactions was to snapped at me(which proves he was very tired). Called office and they said he doesn't work for the company in which I call the exact on the taxi.

   I had a great experience today using this taxi company twice. I first requested some information which I received very quickly. Once booked I was picked up by a lovely man called Kashif. He was very helpful and informative as well as a nice man. He was very prompt in picking me up on the way back also. The communication they give through text is also fantastic. I can’t fault them. I would definitely recommend! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Booked a pick up from Kettering A&E to village at 11.40pm. Arrived within the 15minutes quoted over the phone, so prompt. Mohammed the driver polite. Would recommend.

   Booked a car to take us to the train station to catch a flight for 5.05am. I tried to call twice just past 5.05 with no answer. At 5.13am we loaded the car to drive to the station to not miss the train & flight, I then received a call to say that the taxi was on its way, at which point I pointed out it was already late.

   Best taxis services! Suitable driver at the suitable time. The taxi was in front of my house on time and I got to the destination earlier and safe. Also they have a resonable charge. The staff is very polite and nice. P.S. now this is my favourite company, they’re always there when I need a quick travel.....I recommend;))
