Take Me Still Have Not Improved As When You Book A Taxi On The App It's Takes Ages To Find A Driver Or Find None at all Also You Are Just Waiting Ages For Them To Pick You Up This Is Happening Quite A Lot Nowadays Also There Are Drivers Sitting Around Doing Nothing When You Look On The App.

I had a very good experience! My trip was smooth and event free. I chatted with my driver about all-sorts and the journey went quickly. I didn't ask the drivers name unfortunately but he was very polite and loaded and unloaded my luggage which I really appreciated. I would use this taxi any day. Thank you

Complaint Regarding Driver Conduct β Vehicle Reg: NV24 PGF I am extremely disappointed with the service my mum received today. She was picked up by a driver who behaved in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner, leaving her in tears by the time she got home. My mum was waiting in the queue at Aldi and was about 5 minutes late getting to the car. As soon as she got in, she apologised. The driver immediately responded in an unhappy tone, telling her she would have to pay extra charges for being late. She explained that she had never been informed of any such chargesβnothing in the text messages or in past journeys mentioned this. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the driver began arguing with her. He told her that if she didnβt pay, he would kick her out of the car. Even after she agreed to pay, he continued to be rude, telling her that he would stop the car and she would have to walk. This behaviour is completely unacceptable. The vehicle details are: BLUE SKODA, registration NV24 PGF. I kindly request that this matter is looked into urgently, as no passenger should be treated this way.

I normally don't have an issue with Lea Cabs but last night was the worst experience I've had with any taxi firm. I ordered a 6 seater for 3 adults and 2 babies in car seats. I had 5 drivers accept the job but then cancel it. The 6th taxi turned up but had the back seats down, he refused to put the seat up and let us in the car. We explained we had two 7 month olds with us and we'd been waiting for an hour already in 1Β°c weather. The driver then asked if we could just hold the 7 month olds on our laps!! Not only is that stupid and ridiculously dangerous, it's also illegal not that the driver seemed to care. We ended up having to have two taxis meaning I had to pay twice, because it took so long, I also had to pay nighttime rates. My partner ended up getting very annoyed and angry on the phone to the operator because they weren't understanding the situation and didn't seem to care about the children. I pre-booked the 6 seater at 9:30pm for pick up at 10:15pm. We eventually got home at 11:45pm. In short, Lea Cabs don't mind leaving disabled, vulnerable passengers, including 7 month old babies out in the freezing cold for over an hour.

Booked a taxi the day before I needed it so it gave them plenty of time to find a driver before I needed it the next day at 6am for work. I had to call again and ask where it is. Eventually they sent another driver out. Making me late for work. Had to pay with coins but didnt get told the end price. The driver just turned his head and expected me to know how much to give him. Driver was not polite. No hi, thank you. Said nothing to me. Going to use a new taxi service next time!

Does not update you on the app or by text as to whether you will be likely to experience a delay in dispatch OR whether there are any cabs available at the moment. I had prebooked a taxi an hour before and was given no updates. Do better. I missed a train because of this lack of empathy and common sense. I had to use a different company.

Had a taxi back from town on a very busy Saturday night (actually Sunday Morning 3.30am).The driver was lovely. He waited for us as the takeaway was taking longer than expected to prepare our after pub session chicken, lol. He was prompt and polite and very funny. I was very happy as I have been overcharged previously from other companies, but I was offered a reasonable price. Delighted and will definitely use again.

I ordered a taxi at 17.00. Because I used there app I could see when the taxi was despatched, where it was when it was about to arrive. At 16.45 I rang lee cabs because it had not been despatched. I was told it would most definitely be there on time. I waited and at17.00 with my taxi not even despatched let alone in sight I rang there office again. I got a completely different response from the company then . Apparently if you don't pre pay as well as pre book you have to wait until every one else that is pre booking and paying has done so and if you are lucky enough you may then be given use of their taxi. I have used lee cabs for well over 15years and never once have I had to pay up front for a taxi. Then at 17. 30 it came up my taxi had mysteriously been cancelled, they didn't do it , well why would I do it , I am more or less blind , it is dark freezing cold, wet and now I have to find someone to take me home. Totally and utter disgrace. To top it off no one knows who to complain to. Unbelievable. Anthony

Consistently 5-10 minutes late but I have got used to it. However, this morning the taxi was 50 minutes late. No apology from anyone. Drivers blame the office, the office blames the drivers. Donβt use them if you have to be somewhere at a specific time.

Booked a cab weeks in advance for trip to Kettering General Hospital for a 06:45 pickup - no show at 06:45am - rang in to be told driver βonly a few minutes awayβ. Called in again at 06:55 to be told βdriver just dropping off previous passenger now, be with you in a few minutesβ and then told they would locate another driver. Had to cancel at that point and make urgent alternative arrangements to get to KGH at 07:30. This was for a heart procedure- good job I didnβt have a plane to catch. Wonβt be using these people again
